RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on in-stock-at-store purchases (including online purchases), within 30 days of purchase date, in new condition, in the original packaging. A McLain Cycle Shop sales receipt is required for all returns. Returns made after 30 days will be issued a store credit only if in new condition and in the original packaging. Non-refundable Purchases include: Sale and closeout items, bicycles and frames, Special Orders, labor, layaways, in-warehouse orders (in-store and online). Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment, except cash refunds in excess of $50 will be made by a check from McLain Cycle Shop, Inc.
In stock-at-store item purchases have the same return and refund policy as above.
Ordered items from warehouse/off island vendors cannot be cancelled once an order has been processed for shipping.
If an item is backordered or unavailable, you may cancel and get a refund that portion of your order. Confirmed cancelled orders, a refund will be issued immediately back to the original form of payment.

We also strive for similar levels of accuracy and timeliness with other information that we offer. All prices on our websites are subject to change and exclude applicable tax and shipping. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time or correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
